All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when an online order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the bank's computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site, and Wacky Practicals has no access to these details.
We are also able to take credit card details over the phone with a manual voucher system. We will therefore hold and store credit card holder name, card numbers and expiry dates when this process is followed. We do not hold/store any credit card security number data.

Returns Policy: In the unlikely event that a product supplied by us is found to be faulty or not as described, we offer a no quibble 30 day return policy and will gladly replace your product or if this is not possible, offer a refund.
